WHERE THE HOLY RIVER BORNS

The river Ganges is the ultimate holy river in the Asian countries. Each year millions of pilgrims visit to worship the holy river Gaga. It is also believe if one take a dip in this river s/he washes their all sins and become innocent as a newly born baby and gets inspired for living a liberated life .The picture shown is the place called Gomukh which literally means what feeds the river.The tons of sheets of ice which was there for 1000 of years continously feeds the holy river Ganga.The actual origin is hard to detect but as it is belived from many years the Ganges origins from right this place Gomukh.But now a days the pure waters of the Ganges are in threat woth the mixing up of the polluted waters.This is very harmful for the rescept earned by the ganges in these years. Ganges , hershelf the symbol of purity is in stake of impureness today.The increasing impurity of the Ganges is the cause of the decreasing pilligramages of the Gomukh. Ganges is our common natural property, we must all be responsible in proctesting the satatus and importance of Ganges as per our capabilitis.
