The amazing view of the ice sheet melting slowly and meeting into the sea is actually a glacier melting into the sea and as usual feeding the continuous level of water in sea. Every tonnes of such glacier ice melts into the sea and balances the temperature of the earth. These sheets of ice feeds the oceans continuously from north and south. The sheets of ice continuously melts throughout the year.Between these recent years the glaciers and ice sheets of the world has started melting in rushing speed.This is because of global warming.This is going to create a very dangerous situation in coastal regions as it is the cause of increasing sea level.If such melting of ice sheets goes uncontrolled life on earth will be at stake.The rising tempature is the major cause of the global rise in temprature.
